Terms of Use
Plain-language terms for how Stratum is meant to be used. This is a pilot-stage summary, not a substitute for an agreement between your organization and Stratum.
Stratum is a structured reflection and continuity tool for support teams. It helps a team record observations, see patterns over time, and prepare for the conversations and decisions that people make. It is a place to keep and organize what your team already understands.
Stratum does not diagnose, predict, rank, or make decisions about any person. It does not score a person's worth or readiness, and it does not replace professional judgment. Every decision stays with your team. The support levels shown in the product describe how well current support fits a situation — never a rating of the person.
Stratum is provided to support the work of qualified staff within an organization. Access is granted by invitation through your organization's administrator. You are responsible for using the product in line with your organization's policies and any agreements between your organization and Stratum.
During a pilot, organizations should confirm the appropriate agreements and internal review are in place before entering real, sensitive participant information. If you are unsure whether your organization is ready to enter real data, check with your administrator first.
We work to keep Stratum available and dependable, but the service is provided as-is during this phase. Features and this page may change as the product matures. We will communicate meaningful changes through your organization's administrator.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@stratumone.org. For account access, contact your organization's administrator.
